NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION ALTERNATIVE KAKANJ

	American students-volunteers still actively working on arranging natural areas in Kakanj municipality
.	On the third working day ISV volunteers are still active on arranging Bukovica excursion site located at the foot of the medieval town of Bobovac in Kakanj municipality.
	After spending the previous two days cleaning the site and two shades, on the third working day the volunteers completed painting the shades and two waste disposal barrels and fixed the fence and roof on the larger shade. The following two days will be spent working in the Trstionica – Žuča forrest region, while the weekend will be used to visit cultural-historic monuments and natural values of the municipality. On Monday they will be back to Bukovica excursion site. We hope their return to Bukovica will be a pleasant one and that we are not going to find new piles of waste and shades damaged by neglect. So far we are encouraged by local volunteers who are willing to get involved in these or similar activities. NGO „Alternative“ will certainly plan similar activities in the future and we only hope we will be able to secure finances for their implementation.
