“The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime.”

Team work brings closer together and emboldens members and creates positive atmosphere within the group. There where growth and development are encouraged and innovativeness stimulated, it is necessary to address the issues of team work. M. Bajramović (director and music editor in the play “DNK” at the Drama Studio Kakanj) and D. Lekić were aware that the issues of team work were not solved with the mere selection of actors and other participants. On contrary, in the entire process of preparation they worked on team building and listened to the needs of team members. They also recognized the need for the workshop “Team building” which helped participants, through both entertaining and demanding exercises and discussion,to get to know how they function as a team.

EsminBrodlija, psychologist, gestalt psychotherapist and workshop trainer, designed a very dynamic and strongly educational workshop. The focus was on the importance of each member in the group or each actor in the play, on their mutual dependence, responsibility and trust. In their own words, they left the workshop relaxed, satisfied and ready for new plays and challenges.
